Surrey, Canada Cedar Grove Roofing Supplies Full time

You will be the first point of contact for in-person customers, phone sales and directing calls within the company. Order taking, data input and truck scheduling are your main priorities. This is a full-time, permanent role.

**What your day will look like**:

- Counter sales to roofing contractors and homeowners.
- Answering and directing all incoming calls phone management
- Order taking and data input
- Cash management and Cash, Visa, and Debit Sale reconciliation
- Filing, maintenance of files and counter area
- Showroom cleanliness and display of stocking materials.
- Truck scheduling and coordination with the shipping staff
- Periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.

**What we are looking for**:

- **At least 2 years in a technical customer service role in the roofing industry or roofing experience.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience
- Reliability and a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Conflict management skills are an asset.
- Good under pressure
- Cash handling/reconciling experience is desired.
- Syspro experience is an asset but not required.
