**Sales & Estimating Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing**

Location: Surrey Office - 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5

**Job Type**: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Salary**: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

Reports To: Senior Vice President - Western Region

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales & Estimating Manager to join our Roofing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and wants to make a direct impact on both client satisfaction and company growth.

**What You’ll Do**

- Track active bids and actively pursue the “**CLOSE**” (award) of projects.
- Lead the sales and estimating team for roofing and waterproofing projects, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates, budgets, and proposals specifically for roofing and building envelope projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants within the roofing and construction industry
- Identify new business opportunities in the roofing market and develop strategies to expand market share
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing and waterproofing projects
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior leadership
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for your team in roofing and estimating practices
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and safety protocols in all roofing and waterproofing activities

**What You Bring to the Team**

- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales and estimating within the commercial roofing or construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
- Strong knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems, materials, and construction processes
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
