Organizational Change Manager

Visionpool Business Services is hiring an Organizational Change Manager who will:

- Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to post implementation
- Maintaining project documentation related to the organizational change management activities
- Following Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s)
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change
- Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall project plan
- Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Prosci/ADKAR certified
- Gas or Utility knowledge
- Natural gas transmission & storage company knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated Change Management experience
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects
- Experience maintaining project documentation
- Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, identifying risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make necessary recommendations
