**Our Oretta Downtown location** is looking for an experienced **Server**to join our team

Oretta first opened their doors in 2017 to provide Toronto’s vibrant King West with an authentic yet modern-day Italian culinary experience. In 2022, Oretta Midtown opened, and we are very excited to announce the opening of our third location, Oretta Downtown, in Fall 2025. We focus on delivering genuine Italian cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods with a fashion forward design.

Our menu features a variety of classic Italian dishes with innovative twists on traditional recipes. The restaurant's design typically reflects a blend of classic Italian elegance with modern aesthetics. Expect a stylish and inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest dining experience, with attention to detail in decor and table settings. At Oretta, hospitality is paramount. **About You**
- Minimum of 3 years of Serving experience in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining or casual fine dining establishment and can handle serving up to 20 seats at any given time.
- Available on weekdays and weekends, day, and night shifts, as well as Holidays
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Working as a member of a team
- Working with Toast is an asset
- Passion and sound understanding of Italian cuisine, wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus

**Job description**
- Reporting to the Manager on duty
- Following daily service checklists, including beautifications and shift cleanliness
- Hospitality-focused service, delivering excellent and attentive customer service to all guests
- Working as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bringing a positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Adhering to Oretta grooming standards
- Adhere to Oretta Steps of Service and extensive food and beverage menu knowledge

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
