**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to join our team at Oretta in the heart of the city. This role is crucial in ensuring our restaurant delivers outstanding service and operational excellence. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and manage staff to uphold high standards of service and performance.
- Implement effective strategies for team development and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to optimize restaurant profitability.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
