Manufactures product according to instructions provided, to assure timely manufacturing of product to customer specifications. **KEY Duties**: " Manufactures product according to instructions " Operates production equipment according to the specific dimensions given " Assures that the work area and aisles around them are kept clean and free of debris. " Assures that parts or subassemblies and finished product are labeled correctly. " Completes daily preventative maintenance on the router **Responsibilities**: " Communicates effectively to internal customers, verbally. " Follows procedures in company handbook and other documents. " Maintains outstanding attendance **PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS Production Associate** " Ability to read and interpret a work order and materials pick list " Ability to read packing slips and other materials lists, match quantities, and identify discrepancies. " Possesses some computer skills and is able to learn new skills as needed. " Must know basic machine set-ups for assemble and packaging equipment " Ability to read and interpret instructions. " Familiarity with general assembly methods " Familiarity with data entry " Ability to stand /walk for extended periods " Ability to interpret job paperwork and instructions clearly " Ability to work cooperatively with others " Willingness to work flexible and overtime hours as needed Additional specifics about job requirements, project, etc.: Safety shoes required
