Join our client in Burlington This dynamic, hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, offering a great opportunity to make an impact in a forward-thinking company.What You Will Focus OnTake full ownership of an assigned portfolio for annual program timelines.Lead end-to-end program and price plan implementationConducting market research and past program analysis.Implementing pricing analysis and driving new product innovation.Forecasting, stakeholder approval, creating product documentation, and development of go-to-market strategies.Managing marketing collateral, price plan creation, program launch tracking, and post-mortem analysis.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes for all projects.Monitor and analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor offerings to measure product success and customer satisfaction.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-driven findings.Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve company objectives effectively.Support the sales team by offering product details, technical guidance, and training.Coordinate sample prototypes and produce product specification documents.Oversee quality assurance (QA) for program and product materials during testing phases and conduct spot checks throughout the product lifecycle.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in a similar or related role.Proven ability to analyze dataExceptional project management and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SQL Server.Familiarity with Jira or Atlassian software an assetStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data to support budget decisions.What we offer:Salary based on experience $70,000 - $80,000Hybrid Work Model ( 2 days per week in office)Innovative Work Environment: Be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Professional Growth: Gain valuable experience with opportunities for career growth and development.Competitive Compensation: A robust benefits package and market-aligned salary.Be at the Cutting Edge: Work on innovative products and programs using the latest tools and technology.LocationThis hybrid role is based in Burlington, Ontario, making it a convenient opportunity for professionals in the Burlington area who value work-life flexibility.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
