**How do you fit in?**

As the Production & Operations Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations are running smoothly through our busiest period of the year. Your task breakdown will be approximately: Co-ordinating, loading, and cleaning rentals **(25%)**; picking and packing customer orders **(25%)**, light assembly **(25%)**, cleaning warehouse and assembly area, and additional tasks as required **(25%)**.

**Pay Rate**: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Clean rental equipment between customers
- Load and unload equipment
- Perform and record basic maintenance checks on rental equipment
- Co-ordinate with admin and sales teams about availability of rental equipment
- Package orders for shipping
- Perform and record checks on outbound orders
- Inspect inbound parts for defects
- Light assembly (installing screws, cutting wires to length, attaching parts with adhesive)
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and assembly area
- Assist with other tasks and projects as required

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Ability to complete checklists and record work progress
- Ability to read and understand rental, packaging, and safety guidelines
- Ability to read and understand pick lists
- Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs individually
- Ability to safely lift equipment up to 100 lbs (with assistance from another team member)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical skills considered an asset

**Education & Experience**
- Proven track record of punctuality
- Experience working independently an asset
- Experience with basic power tools an asset (drill, impact wrench)
- Forklift experience and certification an asset
