**The Opportunity**:
Red River Co-op is recruiting for the position of Meat Cutter at our Southdale Food Store (77 Vermillion Road). The Meat Cutter adds value to our Co-operative by preparing fresh, high quality meat products for our customers.

Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:

- Cutting fresh meat using a knife and a variety of power equipment (grinder, band saw, tenderizer, patty maker).
- Wrapping and labeling product.
- Stocking pre-packaged meat product.
- Cleaning the department.
- Providing legendary customer service.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail meat department as a meat cutter.
- Above average communication / interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate staff to achieve high results.
- Available 24+ hours per week.
