- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay informed about new cuts of meat and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
