**Job Description;**- Report and communicate with Civil Construction Manager
- Responsible for job site organization, safety and performance
- Present pre-job instructions and safety meeting
- Lead and work with a crew of 2-10 workers and sub-contractors
- Read, understand and follow construction drawings, instructions and specifications
- Direct, supervise and complete various construction projects as per company plan and methodology
- Complete project reports, schedule updates, material inventory, etc.
- Type of work varies to road building, laying pipes, civil infrastructure, demolition, landscaping, concrete, paving, site work, etc.

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**- Minimum 5 years experience in construction
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Excel, Project.
- Familiar with Trimble and survey tools
- Heavy equipment mechanical experience
- Willing to participate in labour work
- Open minded, ambitious and organized
- Minimum G license, AZ Drivers license is an asset
