**Sales and Marketing Manager**
Regional is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be primarily responsible for these areas:
- Act as Regional’s Outside Sales presence by calling on automotive parts jobber stores throughout our service area on a regular basis. Service and grow sales with existing accounts, and seek new opportunities
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies for both Regional to use with its customers (parts stores), and to offer to the parts stores for use with their clients (repair garages)
- Plan our monthly marketing calendar including specials, designing flyers, and creating seasonal promotions
- Coordinate our customer rewards programs including organizing incentive trips, conventions, golf tournaments, and other special events and retreats
- Liaise with our key vendors engaging their help in detailing with customers, training our sales staff, and with designing & participating in the above-mentioned sales programs
- Any other ad hoc tasks and projects in the name of moving forward
Regional is offering a robust compensation package for the position which includes:
- Base salary (TBD based on skill and experience) + performance-based bonuses or commission based on clear objectives
- A company vehicle and reimbursement for business travel costs

- Other occasional perks like participation in our customer rewards trips to various destinations around the globe, world-class fishing and hunting retreats, etc.
- Fluently bilingual English/French both oral and written (MANDATORY)
- Several years of professional B2B outside sales experience
- Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket, or relevant transferrable knowledge of automotive parts and repair
- Leadership or management experience in sales
- Skills in designing and implementing marketing and promotional programs
- A valid driving licence with no major convictions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
