**Job Summary**
As a Resource Planner for our Toxicology team in Senneville, you will be responsible for the optimal planning of the working hours of our technical staff. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
- Efficiently plan the daily technical schedule implementing various work shifts to minimize overtime;
- Balance individual employee workloads;
- Plan the schedule according to individual skills and restrictions;
- Plan the training depending on operational needs;
**Key Elements**
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
- College diploma in administration or any discipline related to planning;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in work schedule planning;
- Good attention to details, observation & organizational skills.
Role Specific Information:
- Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- Annual bonus based on performance;
- Schedule: Monday to Friday;
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.

**About Safety Assessment**Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
