**Technical Sales Representative** - Industrial Cutting Tools and Metalworking Fluids

**Territory: Hamilton / St. Catherines / Burlington**

**About The Company**: Based in Guelph, Ontario we are a Leading Distributor in Industrial Supplies; Our primary line of business is The sales of Cutting Tools, Metalworking Fluids & Industrial consumables to local manufacturing Industries and across the province.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Bar-Tech Enterprises. As a leading provider of high-quality metalworking tools, we are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our products to potential and existing customers while driving sales and exceeding targets.

If you have prior sales experience in the cutting tool industry, are a machinist or have experience working in this field. We want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects in the assigned territory
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals
- Present, promote, and sell our top lines **Kennametal**, **PolarChem Technologies **& **EUROCARB**
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and Suppliers
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Cutting Tool Sales Representative or Machinist
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
