Reports to: _General Manager_

**Job Summary**

Bollocks Pub is looking for a Server/Bartender who is experienced, professional, and reliable. This position is geared toward someone who is enthusiastic and able to provide an excellent guest experience

**Responsibilities**:
Able to assess customers’ needs/preferences and make recommendations

Stay focused and nurture a positive guest experience

Delivering food and beverage to guests quickly and efficiently

Maintain a clean and tidy working environment

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**

Smart Serve Certified

Ability to multitask and cater to multiple groups at one time

Experience with using point-of-sale systems, direct experience with Restaurant Manager an asset

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment

Ability to dissolve conflict, take criticism and problem solve

Excellent verbal communication and organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
