**Sinclair Dental**, a leading name in the Dental industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR) of Equipment **to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
As an **Equipment CSR**, you will be the main point of contact to process and coordinate equipment orders, providing exceptional service and support for our dental equipment range. Your role will involve overseeing the equipment sales process from quotation to invoicing while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and manage customer accounts using our internal systems.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Outlook** is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar CSR role, preferably within the dental industry, but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- **Bilingual (French/English) preferred**
