**Job Summary**:
Precise ParkLink is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work on-site, balancing two City of Ottawa sheltered lots in the Byward Market. The CSR will be the point of contact on site for customer inquiries and assistance where required. The CSR will be trained on basic machine functions & repairs.

This position will be overseen by the Site Manager for the City of Ottawa gated lots, and will work closely with the Manager, Service & Installation from the Precise Ottawa office.

**Location**:
Ottawa, ON

**Employment**:
Part-time, schedule to be determined but will be based around evening/ overnight & weekend business requirements (Friday & Saturday: 6:30pm to 2:30mam, Sunday 11am to 7pm).

**Hours**:
At least 24 hours/ per week; hours of work will be determined, and can change as required. On-call shifts may be required, as needed.

**Compensation**:
This position is paid at an hourly rate of $16.50/hr. Company phone will be provided for use on the job.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Strong background in customer service
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Ability to de-escalate situations should they arise; must be well
- mannered & level headed
- Capable of learning & absorbing training in a quick & efficient manner

Criminal and credit records check required at time of hire

**Mandatory Attributes**:

- Must be punctual and self disciplined
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environment towards a common purpose
- Bilingualism is a strong asset

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Assist customers with payment & utilization of parking equipment at pay stations, entry & exit gates
- Perform thorough routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment within realm of training
- Ability to work outdoors, within a sheltered garage environment
- Mandatory health & safety training required to be completed upon hire
