Junior Bookkeeper/audit Trainee

**Responsibilities**
- Track expenses, sales, payroll taxes, sales taxes, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Maintain full set of books including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, adjusting entries, trial balance
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and payables

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
- Proficient in Quickbooks (both desktop and on-line version)
- Proficient in Excel
- Working knowledge of Caseware and Profile
- Experience with all aspects of general bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and HST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
