**Accounting Manager**

**About the Role**
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function, developing and implementing accounting policies, and preparing critical financial reports. You'll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a talented team, ensuring that accounting operations run smoothly and that financial reporting is accurate and timely. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, quarterly updates, and annual reports.
- Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the accounting budget to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters.
- Stay informed on the latest changes to accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

**What You’ll Bring**
- CPA designation (or equivalent) required, or actively working toward completion with most requirements already fulfilled.
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
