- 5 years of pastry experience, ideally including in a hotel environment
- Experience preparing for banquet functions
- Food Safe certificate
- Demonstrated creative ability
- Proven ability to follow instructions quickly and efficiently
- Keeps up to date with recipes, portions and presentation specs
- Great team player who can take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
