**A day in the life**
- Preparing and plating refined, high-quality desserts with consistency and attention to detail
- Following recipes and presentation standards with accuracy to maintain quality and timing during service
- Assisting in the development and testing of new dessert concepts for seasonal or special menus
- Managing mise en place and station prep to ensure readiness for smooth, efficient service
- Completing daily opening and closing duties including organization, sanitation, and restocking
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure alignment during service and a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and food-safe work area at all times

- You bring at least one year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with a focus on plated desserts
- A sharp eye for detail and presentation, with a steady hand under pressure
