Winnipeg, Canada Hooplife Basketball Inc Full time

HoopLife Basketball Inc. is a high-performance sports business sparking confidence and success in athletes and youth through basketball. With elite training centers across Canada, Canada-wide camps and clinics, a cutting-edge mobile training app with thousands of users, a fast-growing apparel brand, and a bold online presence, we’re building a legacy with relentless hustle and big-picture ambition. We’re a startup that plays to win, powered by a team with zero ego, owning every outcome, and delivering an 11/10 experience in everything. If you’re ready to grind, serve humbly, and make a difference for the next generation, this is your arena.

**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a passionate Associate Director to pioneer our new HoopLife Basketball Winnipeg chapter to join our groundbreaking Winnipeg launch and work hand-in-hand with the Director to ignite a movement. This is your chance to help build a new training center from the ground up, coaching athletes, making sales calls to grow our programs, and tackling key tasks to shape our community. This full-time role is an electrifying opportunity to lead, sell, and inspire, pouring into youth to rise above a failing school system. If you’re humble, fired up by business, basketball, and faith in God, ready for a multi-year adventure to transform Winnipeg, this is your shot to make history.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coach athletes on the court, leading sessions, clinics, and programs with energy and heart.
- Make weekly sales calls to families, selling camps, memberships, and programs to fill every slot.
- Build deep relationships with thousands of families, helping grow HoopLife’s Winnipeg community.
- Support the Director in recruiting, training, and mentoring coaches, uniting a team to spark youth success.
- Handle administrative tasks—scheduling, client follow-ups, and more—to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with facility setup and upkeep, ensuring our new center is clean, maintained, and world-class.
- Step up as a leader, inspiring coaches and families with an 11/10 standard.
- Work long, tough hours, balancing coaching, sales, and operations, giving your all to the mission.

**Who You Are**
- Zero ego—ready to serve athletes, families, and the team with humility and heart.
- Passionate about impacting youth—you believe basketball builds confidence and success for athletes, especially young men, failed by schools.
- Experienced in leadership, sales, or coaching, with a knack for rallying teams and relationships.
- Driven by business—you love making calls, closing deals, and growing a startup’s reach.
- Skilled in basketball, able to coach with passion and lead by example on the court.
- A doer who owns every task, admits mistakes fast, and brings solutions, never passing problems.
- Relentless and organized, thriving under pressure with an 11/10 standard despite demanding hours.
- Honest and direct, communicating with respect and uplifting everyone around you.
- A team player committed to a multi-year role, ready to grow with HoopLife and invest in yourself.
- Sales or coaching experience is a bonus, but your heart for athletes and hustle are non-negotiable.

**Why HoopLife?**
- Invest in Yourself: Take a risk on your potential, with autonomy to grow as a leader and person.
- Build Wealth and Impact: Seize a job-of-a-lifetime to make a great living while changing lives.
- Real Impact: Shape Winnipeg’s youth, building a stronger generation.
