**Who We’re Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with individuals and families to support independence, community engagement, and social-emotional development
- Implement tailored strategies to enhance executive functioning, problem-solving, and self-regulation
- Assist in developing academic and life skills for personal and professional growth
- Travel within London and surrounding areas to provide in-person, community-based support

**Qualifications**
- Completed post-secondary education in Special Education, Developmental Support, Autism Studies, or a related field
- Experience working with teens and/or adults with complex needs (mandatory)
- Background in special education (OCT or teaching credentials preferred)
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Vulnerable sector screening (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
- A desire for a long-term role with potential for growth into full-time employment

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
