Our mission is to empower our customers by helping them be informed; utilizing innovative technology, honest advice, and a shared love for cannabis, we continue our role as a leader in the industry.

We are currently looking for a new addition to our team, in the role of Junior Network Administrator.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage Farm’s LANs, WANs, network hardware infrastructure and servers, connections to the Internet, and security ecosystem.
- Perform data and configuration backups and disaster recovery operations, collaborate on the business continuity plans.
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls of the Farm’s IT environment.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the Farm’s colleagues and with the Farm’s IT vendors.
- Open-minded to new trends in IT, particularly to the zero trust security principles, process automation, machine learning, and AI solutions.
- Upskill less experienced colleagues to your knowledge level.
- Participate in the IT on-call weekly rotation.
- Class 5 full driving license holder.

**Great to have**:

- Advanced knowledge about Cisco Meraki environment.
- Advanced knowledge about managed network switches, VPN, WiFi, routing, DHCP, QoS, VLAN configuration.
- Advanced knowledge about Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge about MikroTik RouterOS configuration.
- Basic knowledge about VoIP.
- Basic knowledge about AWS networking configuration.
- Basic knowledge about Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Understanding the password-less solution principles.
- Work experience from the service desk environment.
- Work experience from heavily regulated retail environment.
- CCNA and MCSE certified.
