What you will be working on:

- Manage and control project costs throughout all phases of construction to ensure alignment with budget targets.
- Coordinate and oversee trade contractors, ensuring compliance with scope of work, schedules, and quality standards.
- Direct preconstruction activities, including schedule development, construction sequencing, and value engineering, to optimize project delivery.
- Assist with bid clarifications and contract negotiations with trade contractors regarding scope, costs, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to prepare, update, and execute detailed project plans and construction schedules.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures in accordance with legislation and company policy to ensure worker safety and public protection.
- Lead and manage workforce, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve targeted profit and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and achieve project milestones by forecasting upcoming activities, identifying weekly deliverables, and ensuring timely execution by own forces and subcontractors.
- Take corrective action when necessary to maintain schedules and meet critical milestone dates.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues and risks before they impact project progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering mutual trust, respect, and long-term collaboration.

What we are looking for:

- At least 1 year of experience in project scheduling with a construction company.
- Experience in effective supervision, coordination and scheduling of construction activities to ensure consistent completion of projects on-time, on budget and to the clients’ satisfaction.

Required Education:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
