Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Superintendent located in Mississauga, ON. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and workers, and maintaining project timelines. The role requires effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing construction projects, managing on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, project managers, and team members
  • Knowledge of Passive fireproofing solutions and Expansion joints, and ability to implement fire protection plans
  • Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, SFRM, IFRM , Epoxy Intumescent and Expansion joints or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in GTA.
  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly
