**Responsibilities**
- Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
- Convert incoming leads
- Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
- Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
- Provide Housing and Community Information Research
- Preview and show homes
- Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers

**Qualifications**
- Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete the Humber College Real Estate Program.)
- High level of social skills, our business is people based and will require much interaction with other people

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
