**Survey Technology Support Specialist**

We have an immediate opening for a SITECH Technology Support Specialist, operating from our Dartmouth location. SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. operates within a team-oriented atmosphere that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The Technology Support Specialist is responsible for actively supporting all of our product lines by providing product education and support to our customer base. The Technology Support Specialist will drive customer success through machine control and guidance, site-positioning systems (GNSS and robotic total stations), Trimble business center, Trimble office products (field to office data management) and other software platforms. This position is critical to the success of our customer relationships.

**Key Qualifications**
- Experience using Trimble, Topcon or Leica GNSS RTK survey products.
- Experience using Trimble, Topcon or Leica Robotic Total Stations.
- Experience using Trimble Business Center or Autodesk’s Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with construction processes and technologies, and/or experience in a related field;
- Understanding of surveying theory and construction fieldwork;
- Experience with and an aptitude for computer related technology;
- Good presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Highly diagnostic, analytical, and creative with strong problem solving abilities;
- Customer focused with finely tuned customer service skills;
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities;
- Good presentation skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Self-disciplined and highly organized, with strategic planning skills and the ability to work independently.
- Capable of working in a team-based environment while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality;
- Willing to travel as required;
- A clean driver’s abstract is mandatory.

**Additional Qualifications**
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in geomatics, engineering, construction management and/or electronics would be considered an asset;
- Prior experience in manual and robotic Total Stations, GNSS Real Time Kinematic (RTK) and wireless technologies would be beneficial;
- Knowledge of the civil construction sector especially in Construction Technology and Surveying
- Familiarity with electronics troubleshooting skills would be considered an asset.
