**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and cash handling.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies; assist with restocking as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions are essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor are crucial for this role.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
