Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
  • Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Experience

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on food service roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in food preparation or handling is advantageous; knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Barista experience is a plus for those interested in serving specialty beverages.
