At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Vice President Operations to join our fast-paced, energetic corporate office in Emerald Park, SK.
In this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving consistency, operational excellence, and accountability across all dealership locations. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
**You will**:

- Parter with the President and Executive Team to define and execute the company’s strategic direction, growth objectives, manage annual budgets, and performance targets
- Lead customer satisfaction, market share growth, efficiency and engagement initiatives
- Ensure John Deere and dealership values, programs, standards, and metrics align
- Oversee day-to-day operations driving performance consistency, for all departments in all locations
- Develop and implement processes, policies and goals that drive accountability and efficiency
- Monitor operational, financial, inventory, and expense results identifying areas of opportunity and taking corrective action as needed
- Lead, coach, and mentor leadership team focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and respect in all dealership operations
- Work closely with Human Capital on staffing, training, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Foster strong relationship with key customers, and partners to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty

**You have**:

- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location dealership or equipment operations (preferably John Deere or other OEM)
- Strong understanding of agricultural equipment sales, parts, and service operations
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, or engineering preferred
- MBA or advanced management training preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
