**Role Description**:
As a Restaurant Server, you will be an integral part of their team, providing attentive service to their guests and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. This position is perfect for individuals with a positive demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in navigating the menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests upon request.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience as a restaurant server.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have Food Safe Certification or willingness to acquire.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
