**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, payroll, and account analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting purposes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Experience with budgeting processes and account reconciliation is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
