Jr. Audio/visual Site Analyst

This position is based out of our head office in Concord, Ontario but you may find yourself working on project sites all over the Greater Toronto area and beyond. These locations may include construction sites, in customers homes, their offices, their schools, performing arts centres and stadiums working with our project team to bring ClearAlan’s solutions to reality.

**Responsibilities**
- Work as part of the project team to develop software for product and project solutions.
- Develop, Test, Deploy and document custom software.
- Work with Audio, Video, Network and Control hardware as directed.
- Identify and correct bugs and ensure quality code.
- Support Customers and partners by troubleshooting their issues.
- Professional communication
- Participate in the preparation of testing & deployment plans.
- Develop and complete deployment and commissioning checklists.
- Continually maintain a clean criminal record
- Travel as required.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Audio and/or Video systems either portable or installed.
- Experience with Software Development on embedded platforms for hobby, IoT, DIY, or robotics projects (involvement of audio and video preferred)
- Ability to read Schematic drawings and architectural floor plans.
- Experience in working with network and understanding of various protocols.
- Ability and agility to work in a complex and dynamic environment working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Understanding and appreciation for software version control
- Demonstrated desire for excellence.
- Strategic and Critical thinking skills
- Available for Canadian government security screening
