**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and manage social service programs that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate with the 1:1 workers/staff alongside our foster parents to ensure that the
- children and youth develop a daily, weekly, and monthly rhythms and routines
- Ability to work co-operatively, both in consultation and jointly with other professionals.
- Ability to work co-operatively within many teams and to elicit co-operation from others.
- Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for one’s own workload.
- Ability to manage time well and complete administrative tasks within specified
- deadlines
- Supervise and support a team of social workers and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities for management review.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Address client concerns and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in social services management or a similar role.
- Strong skills in budgeting, program management, supervising staff, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and community partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social services.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within programs.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others while effectively managing resources and leading a dedicated team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
