**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in both English and another language is required.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as ADP, iCIMS, Workday, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
