**Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle recruitment
- Assist in developing and implementing overall recruitment strategy.
- Prepare job descriptions and advertise jobs on various social media platforms.
- Maintain effective communication with both clients and employees to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain employee records.

**What you will bring in**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent work ethics.
- Experience in recruitment or related field is an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
