**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring product displays are well-merchandised.
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and encourage sales.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Skills**
- Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Previous experience in supervising staff is a plus.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions.
- Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays.
- Familiarity with stocking procedures and inventory management in a retail environment.
- Solid understanding of retail sales practices, including basic math and retail math skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
