Club Assistant Manager

A gym manager/ assistant manager oversees the safety and cleanliness of the club. They make sure the equipment and the club are in well working conditions as well as the locker rooms and kept clean throughout the day. The gym manager also oversees the Sales of the fitness organization of membership sales, promotional activities and general administration with the aim of driving the business forward.
The Gym manager reports to the fitness General Manager.
**Responsibilities** and Duties:
- Meeting with prospective members and providing them with necessary information on the club while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Work to maintain existing members
- Supervise, staff and schedule the sales team and oversees it's work
- Prepares various packages to meet the need of our diverse clientele.
The salary for an assistant manager is a guaranteed base wage of $34,320 annually with commissions, bi weekly and bonus'. Bonuses and commission can range annually depending on gym manager performance and ability to grow a team.
