Casual Club Card Representative

**Job Purpose**:
- Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Player Services, the Customer Service Representative (Club Card) is responsible for maintaining a constant presence at the Players Club for the Casinos. This includes greeting and directing guests, enrolling, processing and updating data into the club card system, assisting in the delivery of customer services programs and events held at the Casinos, and providing customers with updated information on special promotions and events being held at the Casinos.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide information regarding membership benefits and card use.
- Maintain club card database through processing of amendments to personal information on club card memberships.
- Resolve or refer customer disputes regarding club card membership within scope of policy and procedure, refer other matters to Management.
- Greet and meet guests attending the kiosk.
- Provide approved goods and services according to established policy and procedure.
- Provide Casino and Tourism information to all guests.
- Request and replenish Players Club supplies as required.
- Greet tours, distribute promotional coupons and vouchers.
- Reconcile tour related paperwork, coupons and vouchers; and complete post tour evaluations.
- Assist with the delivery of customer services promotions and events at the Casinos as required.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of ongoing customer services promotions events at the Casino.
- Maintain printed promotional and policy materials, customer comment cards and replenish holders as required.
- Answer and direct calls from roll over switchboard.
- Encourage a climate that supports diversity.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Primary Qualifications**:
- One (1) year prior related work experience in a customer related industry.
- Basic skills in the use of Microsoft Office with accurate keyboarding skills are required for this position.
- The key accountabilities for this position include adapting to new changing conditions in a positive manner, communicating and working respectfully with co-workers, consistently delivering excellence in customer service, demonstrating appropriate job knowledge, following direction from leadership on assigned tasks, following established Safe Work policies and practices, following Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries’ policies and procedures, meeting the established attendance expectations, meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on the requirements of a twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) day per week operation.
- Satisfactory work performance in the preceding twelve (12) months. Attendance rate will be a consideration in the pre-screening process.
**Secondary Qualifications**:
- Bilingual (French/English) language skills.
- Previous experience as a Cashier.
