**Job Overview**:
The Dopamine Lounge, an exciting new pub at Yonge and Eglinton, is hiring a dynamic team of over 15 people We’re looking for enthusiastic, social-media-savvy bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff who love nightlife and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating engaging social media content, we’d love to meet you.

**Positions Available**:

- Bartenders
- Servers
- Kitchen Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Create an unforgettable experience for every guest with top-notch service and positive energy.
- **Engage on Social Media**: Capture and share content that showcases The Dopamine Lounge’s vibe and events, whether you’re in front of the camera or behind it
- **Collaborate as a Team**: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service and a welcoming environment.
- **Keep Areas Clean and Organized**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all workspaces.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in bartending, serving, or kitchen roles is a plus but not required.
- A passion for nightlife, excellent customer service, and a welcoming attitude.
- Social media skills, with familiarity in creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Smart Serve Certification (for bartenders and servers).
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.00-$22.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

- Bartender Showmanship skills : juggling, flipping (bottles, shakers), manipulating flaming liquors or even performing close-up magic tricks

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- serving: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
