**Europa Catering & Europa Convention Centre is looking for Servers and Bartenders to join our team in Toronto & in Mississauga.**

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

- Greet and seat patrons in a timely manner.
- Maintain bar inventory.
- Maintain bar equipment.
- Stock bar inventory, including new inventory as needed.
- Complete daily prep list.
- Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

**Banquet Server responsibilities**:

- serving food and beverages
- helping prepare the event space
- cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete.
- Direct guests to necessary services and features
- Assist with event preparation, set up and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings
- Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications: Must have previous experience in the food service industry. **Must be available to work on the weekends primarily evenings and nights.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only
