Full-time (Monday-Friday)

**Hours**:
12:00 pm -8:00 pm

**Compensation**:
Hourly $16.00/hr

**Qualifications**:

- SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS: _
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with Window; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate independently as well as in a team

**Job Responsibilities / Duties**:

- _Remotely access Parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support._
- _Manage incidents from logging, triaging, routing and escalation of open incidents using incident management software._
- _Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns_
- _Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies_
- _Other duties as assigned_
