### Retail Supervisor

### Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and financial transactions
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize store layout and product displays
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of retail staff, providing feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop sales goals and strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

### Experience:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling and transaction processing
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will enable effective communication with diverse customers
- Administrative skills for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
