Position Title: Murphy Gear Sales Associate **Reports to: Store Management Team** **Hours offered: Full Time** **Ad : Job Details** **The Assistant Store Supervisor is responsible for directly working with the Store Supervisor and retail store team to ensure customer service excellence, business profitability and team collaboration.** **Full-time** **Required** - **A minimum of one year experience in a management/leadership role an asset, or long-term experience in a fast paced retail environment.**: - **Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and use ladders on a frequent basis.**: - **Ability to reliably commute to Dartmouth location** **What We Offer** - **A locally owned 150 year old company, offering job stability and professional growth.** - **An industry competitive salary based on your experience.** - **Medical, dental and vision benefits.** - **Permanent full time hours.
