Groupe Sani-Tech is a subcontractor in the construction industry. We manufacture and distribute architectural products for buildings. In fact, we’ve been the largest in our field in Québec for over 50 years. Not too shabby, right? You’d be trusted with construction projects like airports, senior residences, hospitals, and sports centers. Our 60 employees will tell you: it’s a seriously great place to spend 40 hours a week

**There is still some work to do, such as**:
- Prioritize and plan the execution of large-scale commercial, private, and institutional construction projects;
- Be present on site for kickoff meetings and installation follow-ups (about 2 days a week depending on progress);
- Follow up on critical project issues from start to finish: shop drawings, communication with professionals, scheduling, supplier delivery deadlines, purchasing, managing problems and deficiencies, damages, stock returns, BIM Autodesk, Procore, SmartUse updates, etc.;
- Manage purchasing, change orders (directives, additional instructions), installation plans, and ensure proper communication to relevant stakeholders with thorough analysis;
- Process monthly progress payment requests;
- Handle project administration and cost control to ensure project profitability.
**This job could be yours if you**:
- Have a college diploma in Architecture, Building Drafting, or Engineering;
- Have over 3 years of project management experience in construction;
- Can read architectural plans and specifications;
- Are bilingual;
- Know the construction industry.
