**There is still some work to do, such as**:

- Prioritize and plan the execution of large-scale commercial, private, and institutional construction projects;
- Be present on site for kickoff meetings and installation follow-ups (about 2 days a week depending on progress);
- Follow up on critical project issues from start to finish: shop drawings, communication with professionals, scheduling, supplier delivery deadlines, purchasing, managing problems and deficiencies, damages, stock returns, BIM Autodesk, Procore, SmartUse updates, etc.;
- Manage purchasing, change orders (directives, additional instructions), installation plans, and ensure proper communication to relevant stakeholders with thorough analysis;
- Process monthly progress payment requests;
- Handle project administration and cost control to ensure project profitability.

**This job could be yours if you**:

- Have a college diploma in Architecture, Building Drafting, or Engineering;
- Have over 3 years of project management experience in construction;
- Can read architectural plans and specifications;
- Are bilingual;
- Know the construction industry.
