**Job Description**:
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store
Lead the visual direction for the store and collaborating with the leadership team to drive brand loyalty and sales by presenting an outstanding store environment
Collaborate with other Customer Experience Managers to plan and implement all merchandising activities for their areas of responsibility
Partner with the Home Office Visual Merchandising team to maintain the integrity of the Indigo brand
Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate Customer Experience Representatives
Maintain performance management records
Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
Make meaningful connections
Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
Leverage our product to tell stories
Add joy to our customers’ lives
Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet

**Qualifications**:
WHO YOU ARE

2 + year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
Experience in retail or the services sector
Visual merchandising experience
Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Experience and aptitude for understanding product flow and inventory systems

Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec
