**Responsibilities**
- Adheres to Serving it Right standards while providing an exceptional food and beverage experience for our valued Marriott guests
- Attends to guests in the bar, restaurant, and lounge/patio as needed
- Creates alcoholic beverages for 75 West Coast Grill Restaurant/Bar guests with attention to detail, flair, and passion
- Presents food and beverage program with enthusiasm and strong menu knowledge
- Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food/drink
- Manages cash/credit transactions with accuracy and ensures all cash-handling procedures are followed with integrity
- Assists with maintaining bar stock levels
- Performs server and bartender duties as required
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to resolve guest matters
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of food, wine, spirits and beer
- Strong customer service and charismatic personality
- **Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays & weekly as business requires**:

- A trustworthy, polished, professional who supports the team
- Minimum of 2+ years previous serving and bartender experience is essential where bar knowledge is moderate or better
- Can work well with mínimal supervision
- Experience with Micros or a similar POS System a big asset
- Works well under pressure
- “Serving it Right” certification required and bartending courses a big asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
