- You’re available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

**The Job**
- Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
- You’ll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- You’ll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination
- You’ll manage ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco
- You’ll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

**Pay for this job**:
**Starting Range**: $23.00-$24.75
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

**Growth Range**: Up to $29.50
There’s room to grow Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
