St Catharines, Canada Estate Groundskeepers Inc. Full time

Snow clearing / winter maintenance.

This job is ideal for someone currently on EI, looking for additional work during their off season, or someone looking for occasional work who's available on short notice.

Full time work available in the spring.

**Duties**:

- Clear snow and ice from surfaces using stand on plows, snow blowers, shovels, and other hand tools
- Spread salt or sand to prevent ice formation on surfaces
- Monitor weather conditions and respond accordingly to changing snowfall and ice conditions, be prepared to work on short notice for possibly extended hours at a time depending on weather conditions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred but NOT required

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and work well with others

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
